I have been obsessed with old, redundant things since I was little. In the same spirit that had me bringing home polliwogs in coffee cans and reading every one of my grandmother’s old books, (even when they made no sense to me, but especially fairy tales), and had my brother dragging home trash out of the neighbors garbage, and even though I am not a very materialistic person, I bring something home almost every day. Something interesting. Something to photograph. Something to sell. And my husband is worse.

My husband and I sell vintage collectibles and antiques. We have been selling for about 10 years. We especially love modern era furnishings and art objects, folk art and anything with a folk sensibility, vintage books and records and some post-modern (but like it a lot!). We like many things, and are always finding something new to like.

We have a store on etsy, BlueFlowerVintage, where we like to share the best of our finds. We also have a second etsy store called Thriftstore where we sell lots of textiles, because we currently have lots and lots of merchandise.
